Youth
Youth at DFBC ranges from
grade 6 to grade 12.
Our XP3 Students curriculum keeps everyone engaged while teaching them the basic truths of God's word and how to apply them to their lives in our changing world.
Students meet for a discussion session on Sunday mornings followed by meetings on Wednesdays where the discussions from Sunday are reinforced.
Sunday nights at 5:30 are movie nights and meetings on Wednesdays start at 6:30.
Children
At Dobson First, we strive to create an atmosphere that your kids will feel safe, have fun and learn about the God that loves them.
On Sundays, we have an opening assembly at 9:45 that is high energy and fun for the kids. After assembly, your kids will have Sunday School. During this time, they will learn about God and meet other kids their age.
We encourage you to have your kids with you in worship. If they are under seven, they can choose to attend Children’s church and go to the nursery.
On Wednesdays, we have small groups that reinforce the lessons learned on Sunday and focus on missions. Wednesdays are a fun atmosphere that your kids will love.
We also have several special events that your kids will enjoy. These events will have games, food and fun.
